What remedies do you recommend to ease morning sickness?
Usually,
the first sign of pregnancy is morning sickness. It is one of the most common
complaints that women have during the first trimester of their pregnancy.
Although for some it does become bothersome, here are some tips and home remedies
for easing morning sickness:

Have
smaller meals, more frequently:
In case you don't eat at all, it will worsen nausea. Try to
have a number of meals over 3 main large courses. Also with frequent smaller meals,
the digestion becomes easier without giving a feeling of discomfort that occurs
after having a heavy meal.

Ginger
soothes stomach:
You can have ginger tea or ginger ale. Ginger has the ability
to help settle stomach that’s upset. There are also ginger cashews and ginger
preserves available that you can try as well. Make sure you are using fresh
ginger wherever possible.

Aromatherapy
is a must try:
You can
also try smelling, lemon, mint or orange as it tends to remove the sensation of
nausea. You can also have your favorite scented oil infused in cotton, that can
be kept around your pillow. This will help in reducing the morning sickness the
next morning.
